Q: What fibers are your products made of?
A: According to BST's product classification, our conventional products are made of cotton, nylon, polypropylene or polyester fibers. Our specialty products are woven products with high-performance fibers, such as Kevlar®, Nomex®, Dyneema®, Lycra® and natural rubber. For more performance fibers, please contact our sales team.
Q: Do you manufacture light weight webbing?
A: BST focus on manufacturing medium to heavyweight webbing.However, if you have any product requirements, please contact us and our engineers will give you product suggestions and we can also do our best to meet your product needs.
Q: What kind of looms are your products manufactured with?
A: BST have a variety of looms including jacquard, needle, shuttle looms and rope looms.
Q: What widths do you manufacture?
A: In BST current products, webbing and elastic bands range in width from 1/5 "to 4". Braided wire widths range from 0.08 "to 0.8".
Q: Can you develop according to our product requirements or samples?
A: Of course, BST engineers will evaluate the product and make samples for you according to the samples or drawings you provide and the detailed parameters you require, such as material, width, color, thickness, stretch, etc.

A: BST's purchasing QC will control the quality of the yarn when purchasing, controlling the quality from the source. During the production process, our engineers and QC will track every process and conduct a complete inspection of the product before shipment to ensure that the product you receive is close to perfect.

Q: What are the types of elastic bands?
A: Elastic bands are divided into Woven Elastic,Braided elastic,Knitted elastic. Braided elastic has lengthwise, parallel ridges, is typically recommended for use in casings, not for sewing directly to fabric.Knitted elastic is made by knitting the fibers together,it's a good choice for sew on applications.woven elastic is usually the firmest of the three basic elastic types. It retains width as it is stretched, and is suitable for sew on applications as well as use in casings.
Q: What is pipng tape?
A: The piping tape is a combination of a webbing and a rope belt. The webbing is formed by vertically weaving warp yarns and weft yarns, while the rope belt, also called a zouma belt, is made of different numbers of yarns that are regularly woven back and forth in different directions. The piping tape combines the two with a unique style, breaking through the traditional function of webbing that is only decorative.
Q: What are the products in the Glow In The Dark Webbing series?
A: Our Glow In The Dark Webbing series is divided into four types: 1) Self-luminous webbing: It uses voltage to emit light, converts DC voltage into AC voltage of a certain frequency and causes the active material to oscillate in the electric field and emit light, combining the luminous circuit with the webbing; 2) Luminous webbing: It uses rare earth luminous materials to absorb external light and emit light in a dark environment; 3) Reflective webbing: It uses the reflection principle to reflect the light irradiated on the reflective material at a certain wavelength. 4) Fluorescent webbing is a webbing that emits light of the corresponding wavelength according to the material after the fluorescent material absorbs ultraviolet light.
Q: What is the typical turn-around time?
A: BST will try to complete and arrange shipment within one week after receiving your order based on the quantity and craftsmanship of your order. If you need customized products, we will prepare and arrange shipment within two weeks.
